About Keystones
KEYSTONES Supported Living provides a 24-hour 7 days a week accommodation-based semi-independent support for young people leaving care (16+). This service is aimed towards optimising chances for young people who are coming from the Care system, Foster placements, Broken down families, Justice System (Home Detention Curfew (HDCs) also known as tag) and Unaccompanied Asylum-Seeking Children
OUR SERVICES:
We provide a combination of shared and 1:1 depending on assessed support needs of each young person. We have a dedicated team of support staff with experience and the right attitude to quickly form healthy and respectful relationships with our young people to help them settle as well as sustain their placements. We work with service users that are working towards independence or semi- -independence. KEYSTONES welcomes service users with behavioural and emotional difficulties.
Keystones Supported Living Services provides a resource for four service users aged 18 + years of age or above who have their needs of accommodation and support taken care of by the Local Authority or through private means. We offer a person -centred responsive environment that enables the service users who have been diagnosed with special needs such as Asperger’s Syndrome, Autism, ADHD or other non-specified, learning difficulties or mild mental health diagnosis to address issues pertinent to their specific needs. The aim of the service is to help individuals live appropriately in the community.
Keystones Supported Living Services embraces the principles of Equality and Diversity and welcomes service users from diverse religious, cultural, ethnic and sexuality backgrounds including those who have been given “Refugee” status who fall into the category of being vulnerable and at the same time are able to manage their personal care.
